Christian Gubitz

Managing Principal

Christian has over 20 years of management consulting experience, and 15 years directly leading organizational change management initiatives. His expertise includes change management, communications and engagement, organizational assessment, and team building. He has advised clients across a variety of industries, including Oil & Gas, Utilities, Chemicals, and Healthcare.

Prior to launching Change Stream, Christian worked for Accenture as a Senior Manager in the Management Consulting Talent and Organization practice. At Accenture, Christian served as a change leader on multiple large scale business and ERP transformations for Fortune 500 companies. Previously, he helped start a boutique consulting firm advising clients on integrating strategy, culture, and communication.

Christian earned an M.S. in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University, and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Texas A&M University.
